Interview with Yi Wen Fan

1. What inspired the project you submitted to the C2A Awards, leading to your recent success?

Yi Wen Fan: Originally this work was a class assignment, and I put a lot of thought into it. After it was published in class, the teacher gave me suggestions and hoped that I would participate in the C2A competition.

2. Can you share how the recognition has influenced your perspective on your creative journey?

Yi Wen Fan: After knowing that I won the award, I felt that the works I designed had been recognized, which gave me more ideas and the courage to try more designs in other works in the future.

3. What fuels your imagination, and how do you approach the creative process?

Yi Wen Fan: When I want to find inspiration, I will look at creations from all over the world on the Internet, or I can relax and go out to find inspiration while traveling.

4. As a recent C2A Award winner, what have you found most valuable about the experience, and would you recommend participation to other creatives?

Yi Wen Fan: It doesn’t matter if you don’t win a prize if you participate in the competition. It can be regarded as an experience and learning process. You can participate in more competitions.

5. How do you stay updated with the latest industry trends, and are there any emerging trends you are looking forward to incorporating into your work?

Yi Wen Fan: Looking at the Internet, whether it is social media or video categories, many new trends can be added to the design.
